We are AMY + GREG 👋

The couple behind Pause Creative Studios - a creative space built with love in the heart of Macclesfield.

Not only partners in life but also in business (and parenting!). With a toddler keeping us on our toes, we felt inspired to create a space that encourages slowing down, having fun and making meaningful memories together.

Amy was born and raised in Macclesfield and later met Greg at university. Since then, we’ve shared a passion for creativity and a dream of building something special for our community - a place that offers something for everyone.

Pause Creative Studios grew from that dream: a place where creativity is affordable, relaxed and open to everyone. Whether you’re here for a self-portrait session, to create content, to work, or to celebrate something special, our studio is designed with flexibility, comfort and creative freedom in mind.

Meet the Pause Team

Amy is the heart behind Pause Creative Studios, the friendly face who welcomes you to the space. Passionate about social media and creativity, she designed the studio to be a calm, inspiring place where people can connect and create. When she’s not at Pause Creative Studios, you’ll find her in a coffee shop or at the library with their little boy.

Greg is the steady hand behind Pause Creative Studios, working behind the scenes to ensure everything is ready for a smooth and inspiring studio experience. A lover of nature, Greg enjoys finding peace and inspiration in Macclesfield Forest and the Peaks with their little boy.
